- Each year, Ocean Hackathon® mobilises numerous data sets of all types (bathymetry, habitats, activities, etc.) made available to the teams taking up the challenges. In order to give you ideas for challenges and to help you prepare your Ocean Hackathon®, a "data" webinar is organised on 19 May, during the call for challenges period.

Any individual or legal entity can propose an innovative challenge for Ocean Hackathon® and put together a team to help them develop their project. This webinar is for anyone interested in proposing a challenge in one of the 15 cities that are organizing Ocean Hackathon® in France and internationally this year.This event is an opportunity for you to :
- discover Ocean Hackathon® and what is more precisely a challenge;
- identify the organisers in your city;
- get an overview of the range of data that will be made available to you, during the Ocean Hackathon® weekend, by local, national and international data providers;
- express wishes on specific data for your challenge;
- ask any questions to the organisers and data providers.
This webinar is therefore an important step in the preparation of your challenge! You will then have until 6 June to propose your challenge to the organising city of your choice.If you are not available in this time zone, you can access the video recording of the webinar on the World Sea Campus YouTube channel.
