The main theme of the 12^th edition (12-16 October 2020) will be observation: from the bottom of the oceans to space and as a country in the spotlight, Australia. Crossing disciplines as well as the worlds of research and business is the specificity of the event, which includes more than 30 scientific and technological sessions, a trade show with around 30 exhibitors and more than 200 BtoB meetings.

For the first time in dematerialised form

The Campus mondial de la mer team is reimagining how to connect the exhibitors, the speakers, the conference goers and the media from around the World while prioritising health and safety.

To keep all items of the Sea tech Week® and switch them in virtual is the challenge to solve for the 12^th edition.

Sea tech Week® will offer a highly personalised experience:

• e-conference including more than 30 webinars of 2 hours
• Virtual exhibition and poster hall
• Virtual B2B meetings
• Virtual press hall

We use a variety of technology that our audience can easily appropriate. Special cares are taken to:

• Offer an attractive exhibition (ergonomic 3D booths, backoffice easy to use)
• Connect people (chat, Skype, visioconferencing system…)
• Avoid any problems of connexion during the e-conference (training of moderators, technical support during multiplex)
• Enhance the quality of the webinars (live production management)
• Follow the content whatever the time zone (conference available in replay, exhibition opened 24/24 for 2 months)
