ADEUPa: nurturing the dynamics of cooperation in West Brittany

The Brest-Brittany Urban Planning Agency (ADEUPa) aims to help make the West of Brittany an inventive and attractive area, fully involved in regional and national dynamics. To achieve this, ADEUPa's mission is to observe, decipher and anticipate economic and social changes and their impact on the region. This expertise is put to good use in the form of studies and advice to elected representatives on drawing up and steering regional policies, particularly planning policies, and building cooperation strategies. This knowledge is used to facilitate exchanges between local players, with a view to mutually reinforcing skills and developing a shared culture.
