Quimper Cornouaille développement

Quimper Cornouaille Développement (QCD) is Cornouaille's town planning and development agency. As a forum for discussion, reflection and the development of Cornouaille's economic development and planning policy, it supports the implementation of strategies tailored to the challenges facing the region. It contributes to the development of Cornouaille in conjunction with the 7 member communities of agglomerations and communes and all the economic players in the region (consular chambers, State, Brittany region, Finistère department and the 3 SCOT syndicates (SIOCA, SCoT de CCA and SYMESCOTO).
