Who organises the local edition in Heredia?

Universidad Nacional, Costa Rica, is a public University higher education institution that promotes justice, the common good, unrestricted respect for human dignity; it fulfills its mission through accountability, promotes an academic offer, admission policies and scholarship programs especially aimed at the less favored sectors.
